They couldn't explain to me why I needed 18 x-rays last year and 10 this year even though the ADA recommends only getting x-rays every 2-3 years from the dentist and I haven't had a cavity since I was a child and I am now 49. Will not be back and I complained to my insurance and to corporate. The dentist even refused to see me or allow me to have a cleaning unless I submitted to all of the x-rays. I would never take .y kid back to this place they are the worst place to take kids if I would have known that it would take 3 hours just to get a pic done on Ur teeth and having them tell you that you can't wait with Ur 7 year old daughter and they tell you that you need to wait in the front who knows wat they can do and then my lil girl app was at 2 we didn't get in the back until 6 really and the. Absolutely horrible ! There is always an issue. "We are short staffed. We messed up on your bill." Its just always something. What is the point of making an appointment and not being able to be seen at the correct time. I am absolutely fed up with Western Dental. Because I started braces here I clearly have to finish it but this is horrible. Work on your management. Work on your customer service skills. Do you need new owners? What is the problem. If I could put a fucking 0 star I would. Horrible ass place. Why set me a fucking appointment when you clearly know there was nothing to be done. . Tried to belittled me based on health insurance. No help whatsoever. I really dislike your staff not friendly at all.
About two months ago I brought my son in for a check up and received friendly and excellent service from our RDA Rachel Karsten. She is awesome thank you
