Be prepared for more than an hour or 2 wait even WITH an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait almost 2 hours? Why overbook when you only have one dentist/orthodontist? Very inconvinient.
These people expect you to understand that the appt is for 8 and when you go to let them know at 9 after sitting an hour, that there is still someone in front of us... my time is my time not theirs. We finished at 1:30... they are not even understanding. Maybe it's their norm... but that's not right to anyone that takes time off to be there. And to get an attitude to boot. I dislike this place with a passion.
Jonathan one of the staff there was really good. He's very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The others was nice as well. However I think they need to stop overbooking! My mom have her 1st appointment at 1pm and didn't to go in until 330, she wasn't done until 6pm! Mom said the hygienist or the doctor had the holding device that was keeping her mouth opened. It came loose or something and she's more in pain because of that. I know accidents can happen but they need to be more careful.

Worst place ever! I hate this place theyre rude and inconsiderate and inaccurate! My appointment was at 1pm its 3:07 and we havent even been called yet i wish there were more places that accepted medical the shit we go thru kus were low income is just messed up out here.
They couldn't explain to me why I needed 18 x-rays last year and 10 this year even though the ADA recommends only getting x-rays every 2-3 years from the dentist and I haven't had a cavity since I was a child and I am now 49. Will not be back and I complained to my insurance and to corporate. The dentist even refused to see me or allow me to have a cleaning unless I submitted to all of the x-rays.
