I went in today because i am having an allergic reaction to my bottom metal braces. The dr refuses to take them off because he doesnt believe me and my teeth aren't straight yet and he doesnt want that to reflect his work. In the last week i lost 6 pounds because i cant eat because the allergic reaction. So he sent me home in massive pain becaue he doesnt want it to reflect his work. I will never recommend anyone to this office they are really unprofessional they yanked out the dentures they made for me and broke them. Every time I go into here it's a screaming match. I am asking for a full refund also reported this office to the corporate offices and will be reporting them to the better business bureau also. I'm a cash paying person never have I felt so worthless from the girls in the front to the dentists to the assistant and even the X-ray girl. Horrible place they make you fee like crap. Walk in for a tooth ach walk out needing 8 grand worth of work screw that. They are in it for raping wallets.
I wish the dentist and surgeon was more informative and helpful. Instead I'm still in so much pain the medication they say is the strongest does nothing I'm crying everyday and I'm told I still have to wait till January for help. I've been in and out since June and I'm just now being told that I have to go to Loma Linda for the pain and pulling of this tooth.
