constant additional charges for dental procedures that should have been taken care of at the first visit. Poor results from procedures that have resulted in additional expense and lack of concern for patients comfort and results of dental procedures. contracts are written which cover Western Dental from being responsible from any kind of complaint from the patient. this is my second time to this office where live had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to get called back. my appointment was aft 1 pm and is currently 2 pm and I'm still waiting. there are ppl arriving after me being called before me art this point.
why do you charge $1 copay at front desk for every visit ??
I had to reschedule twice... First time, exam and X-Rays took over 2.5hrs. I was left waiting in the exam seat for 45min until I asked what was taking too long. I could not wait longer as I had to get to work so I re-scheduled. The next visit, I got seen, x-rays were read and then someone began cleaning my teeth then stopped and left me in the exam seat for nearly 30min until I flagged someome and asked what am I waiting for? Where is the tech that was cleaning my teeth? No one knew where she went. 2.5hrs had passed! So I re... read more

Absolutely love my dental office. I was a bit nervous at first to get braces, but the office staff and team members did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. I love my braces!
