The dental portion was terrible the front desk people told me I had no insurance when I work for the school district and have better insurance then she does. After calling the corporate office and them setting her straight her entire attitude changed but......... across the street at the orthodontics my daughter got braves the same day and the were the best. From the front desk to the assistant to the dentist everything was awesome they definitely get 5 stars from me

I went in today for my wisdom tooth to be removed. They do other stuff besides taking out my tooth.
I had an appointment at this place. They took me to the room ( the room was dirty), the doctor asked me if I had an appointment because they were very busy. I told him of course I have an appointment, I'm in pain with a broken tooth. I had to tell the doctor that I needed to be pre-medicated before doing any procedure.... and so and so and so.

Having an appt should mean something - I had an appt at 930am, its now 1130am and I still haven't been seen. So many excuses and staff are also rude. They are so quick to take my money every month but takes hours to give me my cleaning. So not cool! Apologies don't mean anything if you're not going to do anything to change it.
