Customer service representatives doesnt have direct line to western dental sites just auto mated schedules appointments booking line... I was transferred to 4 representatives yami leth 23516 booking dept., Carlos billing and the two other representatives didnt give an company I'd to customer revolving customers personal info and rights of info

they claim to be open for dental emergencies, yet here I am cant sleep at night, in extreme pain, swollen mouth, and they wont see me!! :(
The Western Dental in Sacramento Ca. On Stockton Blvd and Friutridge Rd is the most unprofessional dental establishment I have ever given my business to. They are always always always an hour and 1/2 behind, the staff is so very rude and careless. I guess because of the area the staff treats everyone lower class. I was raised to treat the janitor like the CEO, this place needs a major over haul. Their customer service is horrible!!!! And their schedule people are even worse!!
Front office staff is nice. Place is DIRTY EVERYWHERE! And the dentist are rude, judge mental pricks.
