Very disappointed. Erica at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. Waited 20 min just to start paperwork. Told the amount. Advised I couldn't pay today. Told about copay. She said I had to apply for payments. I did so. Then she asked for 2 forms of id I only had one. She folded it up and said could not use without 2. Then said 180. Today to do it. I already advised I got paid tomorrow and didn't have it today. I've waited 3wks with a broken tooth to see the specialist. She couldn't care less about my pain or money si... read more
I really like the staff and Doctor was great and answer all my question and i got my braces fast within an hour...
