Saturday today online say OPEN I'm here with appointment at 9.30 and rh3 office close I call the main number not open Saturdays im the door open with hour's open Saturdays 8.to 4pm why make appointments when they close just to waist your time unprofessional people I don't have insurance I paying all the treatment..
Don't Ever come here. It is a nightmare. Everytime I schedule an appoinment they tell me after i get there that it has been canceled. Or I have been trying to schedule an emergency visit for a tooth abcess and they were closed for 3 days straight then canceled the appointment right before i get there saying they don't have time.
Phone service is terrible, taking forever to pick up, always putting me on hold multiple times in one call. Takes multiple calls to even speak to someone. Office people speak like they don't want to be there or just don't care about anything.
They where very rude it seem like they didn't know what they where doing the girl who took the x rays was nice but they didnt help me with noting and the Dr. Didnt even wanna see me to give me medicine for my pain they schedule me months from now I went to a place downtown called forest dental they where awesome and got me in right away
I had two new patient appointments that I arrived to and were told had to be cancelled because they didn’t have an X-ray tech available. We live 30min away from the office and my daughter was late to school unnecessarily. The office is dirty and mismanaged. I will be reporting you to my HMO insurance. Western Dental uses a corporate office to take a majority of their calls and I think that’s where their issues with mismanagement happen.
