1st time there I went myself and my 2 kids. Not a good place at all When I went there with my boyfriend we had to sit there for HOURS before he got called in. Waiting in the waiting room is like playing musical chairs. You get up and your seat is tooken in a matter of seconds. The people at the front desk get really rude and so does everyone else there. Some little 4 year old girl sat in the middle of the ground screaming and crying. She started cursing at me for looking at her, then she flipped me off and her mom did nothing to stop her. Long wait... I've been to Western Dental more then I should, consider that you wait FOREVER until you are seen and you don't always get taken care of what you went in for! Even though I gave them my first name, they entered my name wrong into the system. I told them that every time I went in and it still was never fixed. If you have to go here, just be warned that you'll be waiting for a long time. PROS: Can often get a same day appointment CONS: LONG waiting time.
On a Sunday afternoon I broke my tooth; however, by Monday afternoon it was repaired. I received outstanding service and workmanship. I highly recommend Dr. Barr and his staff for your dental needs!
First the office has a great atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and personable, and it is the first time any dental office has given me a tour of their office! I was impressed. They have a great in house dental plan for anyone without dental insurance.The only thing I would say could use improvement is the dental chairs in the exam rooms. They seem very outdated or at least the one I was seated in. I will definitely recommend Dr. Barr’s office to friends and family.
Not just the BEST in Bakersfield but of ALL Dental places ever! Every one goes out of their way to make you feel like family!. Definitely a relaxing environment! Thank each of you for your care, respect and being the BEST!!
