Why are your door locked if you guys are opened makes no sense I see ppl standing outside the office building sad
Wasted my time I had an appointment with a specialist for ortho and root canal and after confirming details for 30mins on the phone with the receptionist the day before my appontment ... they said thats not available anymore and said I had to reschedule
Another very satisfactory visit at Western Dental on Ming Ave today. Was promptly checked in by the receptionist, whom always is cordial and helpful. My appointment today was with the Hygienist Kris....she's amazing! Afterwards she scheduled my next appointment, and on the way out I was wished well by a woman in the back of the reception area, and again by the main receptionist. Such friendly people here....at least that's been my experience during my first few visits. I picked this office at Random, really glad I did.
Marlene, the manager, was very rude to me I was in the process of booking my next appointment with receptionist Jazmin when she overheard my complaint of waiting 1 hour for my appointment for x-ray and exam, and only the xray was done. I said politely that I could have been told earlier so I could come in at another time to do both. She told me I am free to go to another dental office anytime. Then, she said to Jazmin, "don't book her!" and turned around and walked away from me and the receptionist! How rude!!!! And she's th... read more
