The sirloin steak I had was perfectly cooked- rare- and was very well seasoned. Very friendly and good service, too. Would definitely eat here again.
Yesterday we had a surprise birthday party for my grandmas 80th birthday, we looked all over town for a place willing to accommodate as many people as we had at an affordable price...not much luck until Western Country Diner!! Not only was the manager more than willing to help with whatever I needed the staff yesterday was phenomenal!!! It was such a special day and they jumped in like they were part of the family!!! Food good, loved my waitress, very sweet. My husband says its a place for the "older" crowd (we're in our 40's). The coconut cream pie...yummy!!! Also there's a SMOKING SECTION!!! I really liked that!
Walking up to the entry your not sure your going to a restaurant or gentleman club. The whole place needed a face lift inside and out. It was dated more like run down. The food was just okay nothing special typical diner food. 3 stars is being generous. This is definitely a place for the 60yr + crowd. The staff were prompt and polite, delivering your food quickly.
It was 45 minutes before they closed when out party ordered. The waitress was tired but she was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent.
