Western Campers has zero integrity. I purchased two campers from them and the first had no problems and I was happy with their customers service. The second one I purchases (176SE) in May of 2019 and began having issues with it on the very first trip I took it on. It took them 8 months to fix the first issue which they admitted was their fault. Western Campers has zero integrity. Save yourself the nightmare I have experienced and avoid. I have had more than a dozen issues with my 176SE, beginning the first trip after purchasing this brand new trailer. It took nearly a year to get the first problem fixed, which they admitted was a mistake on their part with the wiring. We purchased our camper from W.C. at the beginning of June. After the first use we had to take it in for a long list of repairs. Instead of swapping the camper out for another one, due to the registration paperwork already being done, we left it there to be repaired. It is now July 30th and I do not have my camper back. Wow...I gotta say I'm a bit shocked. I have a pop up that was purchased in 2007 from Western Campers. It's an oldie but a goody. Recently we got some hail damage on the roof. I called to speak to a Service Advisor to find out what the process was for repair and I was told there was no one to talk to. I responded with, "ok, I guess I just need to call someone else" and the gentlemen's response, "ok bye". Unbelievable...
RecommendedThe staff was helpful and got us in a pop up that we wanted, and we love it! It was a super easy and smooth transaction, pretty much over the phone until it was time to close the deal! Which was great! However, several things were missing and I cant seem to get them to make it right. I keep getting told that I will get a call back and then dont. I purchased a brand new pop up from them in January, the toilet did not work, the door almost fell off, hinge on top is breaking, radio did not work, This is a brand new unit!! Bed rails bent from the get go. Still dont have those as well. And guess what I found today? Its freaking leaking!!!!!! DO NOT BUY, I HAVE OVER 1200 MILES GOING BACK AND FORTH TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY DONT CARE! NOT WHAT I EXPECT FOR A BRAND NEW $15000 POP UP CAMPER! TOTAL TRASH!!
We purchased a pop up camper from Western Camper last summer and decided to trade it in for a travel trailer this year. We highly recommend Western Campers. The owner and staff are super friendly and care about their customers.
The entire staff at Western Campers were fantastic. From the purchase to delivery everything was excellent. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a travel trailer.
