Western Campers has zero integrity. I purchased two campers from them and the first had no problems and I was happy with their customers service. The second one I purchases (176SE) in May of 2019 and began having issues with it on the very first trip I took it on. It took them 8 months to fix the first issue which they admitted was their fault.
