Where do I begin. Don from the moment I called was up front with pricing and type of work they did there at the shop. He told me what the least amount expected was for parts and labor and what the worst case scenario could be but he would try his best to do it for as cheap as possible. Don is amazing. He does a very good work with transmission. I had a problem with my subaru cluctch and gave out resulting damage to the input shaft housing. I would recomment this guy and place!!
Don and the guys are awesome!! They diagnosed a wierd sound my car was making at no charge and gave me a great price on the repair!! The work is great quality! Highly recommend them!! Great costumer service and awesome jobs on the repairs!!
Western Transmission has been a stable ongoing business for long as I can remember Don has been a fantastic friend he's like family I've been going there since my first car in 1973 I was 15 years old going to the 10th grade at Los Angeles High School now I'm 63 I live in Nevada I sell used cars all over the country but when I do anything in Los Angeles I leave my cards with Don I come back I get the Fantastic deal great service and I see my dear friend.
There's a reason Western has been in business for half a century, They're good! Don is knowledgeable, professional and has a no nonsense approach for diagnosing transmission problems. As a repeat customer, I have had only positive experiences here, whether a manual transmission to the most complex computerized automatic ones. I wish all automotive repair places were like Western !
