RecommendedNothing but positive experiences with all 3 of my children every visit. The staff and doctors have patience beyond normal expectations!
Literally will never go back to this place. Dr. Fuller is the most ignorant individual in earth. Horrible customer service and the fact that the aid even had the audacity to apologize for this womens customer service is amazing. If she is reprimanded, I would consider going back. Alas, this women didn't have any business working in the medical field. The fact that she couldn't even clean up properly or even attempt to be gentle makes it look so bad for the company. worst experience of my life, the hygienist was amazing but the female dr Dr Fuller i think is her name needs an attitude adjustment, rude, mean, made me cry BROKE my other tooth it fell down my throat and she said “oh well she’ll be fine” kept telling me “you’re not the only one in here if you want me to continue your going to have to be quiet” WHILE EXTRACTING my tooth amongst having tools in my mouth, i will never go back!!!!

RecommendedI was so grateful for this place!! I came down to Florida on vacation and had so much tooth pain I was screaming crying at night, I called them and they were able to see me in one hour, and help me! The staff and doctor was wonderful! Thank you all so much! I’m terrified of the dentist and you guys make it as pleasant as possible!
Recommendedit's very clean place and the staff are amazing respectful and my children's love coming here and helpful and alot of patience knowledge and recommend anybody with little children to bring there kids there and the best dentist ever and especially will kids with disability
The fill in dentist at the napoleon ohio office is rough and I'm not sure she knows her stuff.The next appointment will be my third attempt at placing a crown. I'm considering going to another dentist in the area.The girls that work at the napoleon office are great but the fill in dentist is not. When I first started going there in April 2019 they had a young dentist female that was great but she moved to Detroit. Had 3 infected teeth. They would not give me an antibiotic before they pulled my teeth. They pulled them while still infected then gave me an antibiotic. Couldn't finish the antibiotic as I got deathly sick with c diff and almost died from getting my teeth pulled while still infected.
Recommendedthorough, courteous and knowledgeable. my smile is the best it's ever been 😀!
