RecommendedToday my son was filled with anxiety about his cleaning because he had a wiggly tooth. I called to say we would be late and I let them know why. When we got there they were so understanding and Susan whom usually works in Fairfield but was in Monroe today was absolutely amazing with my son. I have been attempting to resolve a billing issue since April 2019. After a routine cleaning, I was informed my new insurance didn’t cover the cleaning and I had to pay. I discovered my new insurance did cover a routine cleaning and I promptly called the office to receive a credit. After many phone calls and email , I have received the run around from both Brooke an Hollie. I am told, “It’s out of our hands”....”Corporate is looking into this.” Since April 2019.
