Terrible management This property is far from “luxury”. New management and a new payment system. Last year I had dead animal stuck somewhere in my walls that entered through the fireplace. All management did was send maintenance and stick a broom up the fireplace to try to let it out. Days later we got a welcoming surprise of blowflies. The animal must have expired after trying to get out of the walls. All management did about the situation was send an educational packet about blowflies and how to cope with them. Very happy tenant! Moved in April, 2014, and have seen many new improvements in the complex. Lots of room for a great price!
Love it! I've been staying here for 2 years! I enjoy every bit of my complex! It's peaceful, they keep the area nice & clean, & the inside of the townhome is so spacious! The staff is super friendly & helpful. The best part of it all is you're not breaking your pockets to live in a great community!
Highly recommend! The property is great! New management have cleaned up the place. The space inside is great the bedrooms are spacious! The floor plans are great with a nice large open kitchen and lots of closets. Work orders are completed in a timely fashion. The property is quiet, it is kepthe, clean and well lit. I would highly recommend it a great place.
