I recently took my Mazda here for an oil change and a few recalls. Sergio and the staff was amazing via communication and quality of service. My warranty was also expiring and Sergio got some parts approved before it expired. So 10/10 service and people at this location. I’ll take my car here every time.

I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection at 11 am. I was told it would be a 1.5 - 2 hour wait. When 2.5 hours had passed I went to check on the status and noticed my car still sitting in the service lot. When I asked for the ETA, two of the workers went to investigate and were gone for about 15 minutes. I got the feeling something wasn’t right. I have been leasing vehicles from Westcott Mazda for many years and just this past weekend entered a new lease for a 2026 CX-90 PHEV. Eddie, who is now in finance, has been my sales rep for most of my leases, and this time he had to locate the exact car I was looking for; it was at the dealership a few days later. I went to westcott mazda and test drove 2025 cx50 premium. Its a nice car but it didn't have the power I was looking for. Then test drove the 2025 cx50 turbo premium plus and knew it was IT once I got on the freeway. Luxuries looking with leather seats panoramic moonroof bose speakers dual exhaust and metallic blue. Julian was amazing and so easy to work with, no pressure buying. Eddie in finance was awesome as well. They made the whole process stress free. Ill be back to lease up when the time comes.
