I’ve tried to let it go but my experience was not good and I have been using this location since I bought my car in 2015. Since COVID I noticed the quality has gone down. I was also told my Control arms on my vehicle was weak and I need to replace them. I made a follow up appointment for this pass Friday I was told my appointment would be about 4/5 hrs to replace the arm controllers and the camera recall. Eduardo Orozco in Finance and Julián Ozuna in Sales are the definition of customer service. I was ready to purchase but also didn’t mind waiting a few more months. However, our conversation with both of them went so well that we got the deal we wanted with no pressure so we signed that same day we met with them. I highly recommend working with them, I also had a phone chat with ED and he was very helpful/knowledgeable and set up my appointment with Julian. 100/10 experience at Westcott Mazda.
Jose was sooo helpful and he went above and beyond to ensure that my car got the necessary repairs for a fair price. His patience and communication was much appreciated, and very flexible despite my many questions. I’ll go to Wescott Mazda again for any remaining work I need on my Miata.

2022 MX5 vs pothole! Going about 35mph. Could’t believe it as this is the second time in 2 + yrs. Nothing showed up on the idiot lites until evening driving-naturally. Drove it home & checked tires. Rt passenger was almost flat. Someone answered the phone in the sales dept. I’m still under warranty. Call for towing in the morning, go to service, get a loaner car. OK.
