We just got home and cant tell you how pleased my husband and I are with the work.****** and the crew did an amazing job! The trees and yard look so much lighter and healthier. Lots more sky view and air circulation. And much safer! Really thorough clean up too. And all completed while we were away. I had reservations about not being here while the work was done, but your crew is clearly well trained and professional! We wrote a review of Westcoast Tree Care,Inc They never did work for us, so we werent commenting on that. Our review was about the contract. We wish to retract that review now as we were contacted by the new owner of the business, through no knowledge of his own inherited the bad situation we were in. ***** from Westcoast Tree Care did a great job for us. We had a number of very large and tall trees close to our home that we were concerned about. Westcoast came out to do a site visit and assessment, at no charge. Some of the trees needed to be removed, while others were ok. Based on that assessment, we opted to have certain trees removed. Got a flyer in the mail for a free assessment worth $500 but it was given over the phone verbally and they would only put it in writing if I paid them 20% of the full job quoted at $10,500 up-front. When I said I would need to get another estimate first, *** (I think that was his name) said forget it and hung up on me. Wow. I should have know better than to give them my information.

Prompt, proficient and professional to say the least. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Westcoast Tree Care. ***** and his crew showed up on site, on time and ready to work. I was all around impressed with Westcoast Tree Care! I hired them to save the trees on my property that were damaged by the wind storm. They gave great advice, answered all my questions, taught me about tree trimming, and to a man, were personable and helpful. They really took the time to explain their advice and let me make choices according to my priorities. Moreover, the owner ************** was very accommodating when I asked for extra work done. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again. ****** M

These guys know their stuff! We had the crew completely trim, prune and clean up our 5 acres of trees, including some wildfire damage. They were amazing. Made sure we were updated on all progress, walked the property with us numerous times and every member of the crew was conscientious and very courteous. Would highly recommend them.

The crew arrived on time and they had a full crew of 6. They had all of the equipment they needed and were vary skilled. We have a very complex and difficult property with many areas on the ground that needed to be protected. They worked with us very closely to achieve our goals. All of the crew were professional and easy to work with. They were careful to communicate all needed information. We just had a wonderful experience with Westcoast Tree Care! We live with a greenbelt of tall trees to the south that keep us in the dark all winter, and encroach on our driveway. Our experience started when Westcoast arborist Jim M***** surveyed the property with us, and he provided great insights and ideas of what we could do to increase light and enhance our view.
