AMAZING customer service! Westco was fabulous to work with when building our home. We were so impressed with the quality of materials and install of our carpet that we ended up using them for our kitchen back splash, fireplace tile surround and blinds. We highly recommend Brad and LaRicia for designing and selecting the right materials and colors for your home. We are super happy with how our home turned out!!

customer service blew my socks off! I recently built a new home and had several options available to me. I ultimately chose to go with Westco because of several reasons. 1. Their quality of product vs price point (it was important to my husband to have a thicker hardwood installed and their options fit that nicely and price was important to me.) 2. Wowed from start to finish We came to Westco looking for flooring for our new house. (Hardwood, vinyl, tile & carpet.) Kathy was the one that helped us from start to finish in picking colors & products. She knows her stuff & is very friendly & patient. Answered all our questions and had very good ideas on things we never even thought of. I do have to say that they are a little more expensive but if you want quality products & quality service they are best in my book. Our installers name was Larry. Friendly and helpful staff We purchased carpet, tile, and luxury vinyl for our basement. They were very helpful in helping us to make the choices. Only one suggestion would be to make sure that you decide on color of grout and which direction you want the luxury vinyl tiles to go. It is not easy to make those choices via phone and being asked the day they are putting them down.

Great Service - Even when you have a small job. I had Westco add some more hardwood to my main floor. Compared to so many of the jobs they do, this wasn't a "big" job... But they (specifically Kathy) treated me like I was an important customer. Everyone was very helpful. They did what they said they were going to do. And when I had a little thing that I wanted to have fixed, they came the next day and fixed it - without making feel like I was a jerk for asking. Westco is great to work with and I'd use them again.

Very Satisfied! We recently purchased carpet from Westco to replace the carpet in our basement. Seeing all the choices there are for carpets can be rather overwhelming, but Joy was very helpful in helping me select one that would meet my needs--and I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel pressured to buy something more expensive than I had in mind.
