Best yoga in town. Also offers yoga teacher training with great foundations. 200h, 300h, and 500h. Virtual as well as outdoor classes at the moment. Offered me a free class to begin with.
I have been taking yoga classes for 2 1/2 yrs; I started when I had really bad sciatica which improved dramatically with my yoga practice. I am so grateful that the studio transitioned to a virtual platform when the pandemic hit, allowing all of us to continue our practice with the kind, lovely teachers who are part of Westchester Yoga Arts.
Lacks in total professionalism now that they want to ONLY allow vaccinated people on their premises. I will take my money elsewhere where I will not be discriminated against my vaccine status.
