Our kids apartment has had several water leaks and management has failed to make the proper repairs to the unit. The apartment is not livable. There is mold growing on the walls and holes in the ceiling. They told the kids that they are going to replace drywalls with them inside the unit and all of their belongings. What a shame that companies take advantage of kids!
The move in was great. Met two of our neighbors so far and they are wonderful. The people above us make a lot of noise when moving around or opening or closing closest doors. But overall we are really enjoying it here

Make sure you read your lease carefully. What they tell you when selling the apartment and what the lease says are 2 different things. I bought a grill because they said I could have one. Then 6 months later they told me I had 5 days to get rid of it. I took it down before the 5 days and still got a lease violation. Also the only reason their rating is above 2 stars is they started a new Facebook page.
No ac forever they wouldn't replace. No hot water 2 days. If it goes out just flip the breaker no fixit. Heat we'll see. I need money back
Nice spacious apartments. A bit pricey for older complex. Great staff!!!! Need to get rid of online payment fees. Bring back money orders for payment.
