RecommendedJust moved in a few weeks ago and have to say I LOVE it here! The move in process was quick and easy, the girls in the office were helpful and pleasant, and I’m very pleased with my townhouse! The community is clean, quiet and beautiful! If you are thinking of renting here, please see the photo I have attached. This facility is a negligent health risk. I do not write reviews, but I truly believe this is a safety issue. I lived in these apartments for two years, it was my first apartment. While living here several maintenance issues occurred, as they do (no blame here). Apparently if your side walk chalk says black lives matter the neighbors will harass your children who drew it and then you’ll get a violation notice from the complex for graffiti. Maybe if the feedback for side walk chalk was consistent it wouldn’t be so ridiculous but this only happened after black lives matter was written by a child. I’m appalled at this blatant racism and lack of tact exhibited by this complex.
I definitely recommend West Chester Village! I have been calling this place my home for a little over a year! The management team is great and is always so helpful! The maintenance guys are there when you need something fixed! The price you pay is very reasonable,especially for the area it is located in. There is a nice pool in the summer, a nice walking trail and a nice little gym facility. I give this apartment complex a 11/10!
I have lived at Westchester for almost a year now. Lauren in the office is amazing! She'll go out of her way to do anything and they make sure you're 100% satisfied
Just moved in a couple weeks ago and I was very pleased with the process. It went smoothly and all my questions were answered. My family and I love our new townhome. #monarchstl #sayyes
Fire the maintenance person. Update anything in the apartments. Update the pool. Clean the pool. Make sure the apartments are clean when you move in. Maybe replace the blinds that have human bite marks. So glad I just moved out.
Westchester Village is by far one of the best places I have lived. My building is quiet and have met a few of my neighbors and they as well are very nice. Sabrina and the manager Cookie (sorry if misspelled) have always gone out of their way to help with any problems I have. Maintenance awesome as well. They come right away and if it will take longer you get a call. An awesome place to live. I will give them 5 stars but they deserve more.
