I walked in expecting to leave with what i wanted only to end up disappointed. From the very start i met a nice sales guy name Sean who ensured me he would get me in the car i had chosen. him and his manager even go as far as removing the vehicle off the floor so that no one else would purchase it. I got there a little before 4pm and they had did all of the paper work, but since the bank closed i had to come back the next day. I can’t say enough about Westchester Toyota. Purchased a Certified pre owned highlander today to go along with the new Sienna we purchased a couple of years ago from WT. The sales team was great. David the general manager, David H. the pre owned manager, Edward P. our salesman, Dennis in finance and the rest of the staff all did a great job. No pressure at all. Very informative. We’ll definitely be buying from Westchester Toyota again. 5 stars all around.

I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with your dealership I was treated as if I was coming in to ask for a free car. I was in on Saturday 10/05/19 for 5 hours and after putting down a down payment and going through the numerous loops was told to come and pick the car up on Monday 10/07/19 at 3PM. Ended up waiting until 4:55 PM to be told the financing did not go through. I just bought a C-HR car from Westchester Toyota and it was a wonderful experience. The salesman, Kenneth I*** went out of his way to assist me and politely addressed all of my questions and concerns. He even offered to bring my wife and me to the dealership to collect our car when it was ready. What I learned from my experience with Mr. I*** was that customer service goes a long way. One of the worst service Toyota of Westchester ny,predortorial tactics of making you pay for services not needed on you're vehicle and making think you need something for you're vehicle you all ready pay for months ago, with them general manager sits on the side lines watching you on his tinted windows office disgusting.
