The service division of that dealership is terrible and dishonest. Due to lack of skills Westechester Toyota mechanic damaged my car and tried to cover it. The check with other Toyota Dealership and independent mechanic confirmed that the damage was made by the Westchester Toyota inept personnel.
My dad bought a Jeep Commander from a dealership that coerced him into purchasing a $5000 third-party warranty, claiming that Toyota Financial mandated it as a loan origination requirement. Oh man, these guys are the worst. They (unlike pretty much any other dealership or business generally) charge a non-refundable fee to leave a deposit on a credit card. And they will give you a super-hard time to get a receipt for your deposit (they pretend that a credit card slip is a receipt - of course it is not - a receipt shows what was purchased or paid for, not merely that payment was made). They lied to me about when my first payment would be due when i purchased a vehicle in march Before i signed to finance they said my first monthly payment will be due in may 2 weeks later i get a bill for april 18th. Over the years I have purchased two cars from Westchester Toyota, most recently 2019. Over the past several months, they suddenly started sending unsolicited ads and alerts which I never requested. It appears that they are using a mass emailing service. If I click on "unsubscribe" it actually subscribes me to a dozen other email "services, cramming my inbox. Where do I begin? Brought car in for check engine light on September 28. After waiting 51/2 hours the diagnostic of the vehicle revealed two sensors needed to be replaced. they kept the car until Sept 29 and called me to say it was fixed and I should pick up my car. I did after paying $655.04. Of course they do not bring out your car until you pay. So I payed. I walked in expecting to leave with what i wanted only to end up disappointed. From the very start i met a nice sales guy name Sean who ensured me he would get me in the car i had chosen. him and his manager even go as far as removing the vehicle off the floor so that no one else would purchase it.
