Can't possibly say enough about how much I appreciate this facility and staff. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of myself and my precious Gibby girl! (Foster dog I am now in the process of adopting.) Westbury has been a lifesaver for me. I needed to make several emergency trips north and was devastated at needing to add more anxiety to this sweetheart but I knew after returning from my first trip I had no worries! Talk about a peace of mind....the moment we walked in to check it out....we knew this was the place for our pet.... Thank you to all the staff.
Have never had a problem until this past weekend. Charged a 2 night stay for 1 night and was never told this until picking up my dog.
I have been boarding my cat here for many years and absolutely love the care she gets here. The staff is not only wonderfully competent, but also loving. They honestly treat her like their own. Great job Westbury in providing a safe sweet place to board our cherished family members!

This place is fantastic. Wonderful boarding and great grooming. Staff is very friendly and I never feel anxious to leave my cat there. They take great care of her.
