The office staff and manager are great, the maintenance staff is Awesome. The landscaping is Beautiful. The owner really has made the property Beautiful.
Don’t Management does close to nothing. Just had a shooting today, most street lights don’t work, constantly stepping in dog poop, loud music every day, and people drive SO FAST through the complex. Rent is cheap so you get what you pay for. plus having the occasional roach and the walls are super thin.

The property management company, office and maintenance staff are the best. They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. You do truly feel at home here.
