RecommendedI bought lens from Westbrook for my sunglasses about 1 year ago and last week I set my sunglasses case , with glasses inside, down on my car bumper and forgot them and ended up with them falling off as I backed up and backed over the case. As you might expect my case and glasses were both pretty flat. On a whim I took them back to westbrook and pleaded my case and I was impressed that Shellie was able to take them into the back room and come back a few minutes later with my sunglasses looking as good as they used to look. My sister recommended this place to me, i am very satisfied with the service and overall experience i received here! They took their time with me with my eye exam which was a big deal to me! i always felt rushed, but not with them!
I called 5 or 6 times trying to get them to verify my insurance. Every time the gals acted like I had never called before. they seem nice but so disorganized.
I highly recommend this place!!! Great doctors, the staff is SO wonderful, Liz, Shireen and Yelka all helped me choose glasses I just love!
