I am so anxious when I have to go in for a procedure. They are awesome and are always very gentle. My family all goes to see Dr. Magri and his fantastic staff!
After seeing an abusive hygienist who didn't do any work since she was so late for our appointment it infringed on another medical appointment I had. I am being billed for $238. I didn't get an examination by hygienist or dentist and received no treatment. The bills they send me do not state any treatment I received and I have not had an EOI from my insurance company. This practice lied about treatment I went in for a normal teeth cleaning that every dental provider covers twice a year and the hygienist recommended scaling to be done. Like any patient you trust their advice. Little did I know that after the scaling was done going forward they said they will no longer do standard routine cleaning on me because I decided to have the scaling done and that eliminated me from getting standard teeth cleanings.
