Quail Cove Apartments, now Westbrook Villas is terrible. Lived there for a little over a year, and every minute I lived there I hated it. The management is awful, they do not care about their tenants. I would not reccomend this place at all. I would say if you are looking, look elsewhere, because you will not be pleased.
Now its called Westbrook Villas. Terribly run by a management that does not care about their tenants. Leaving at the end of the lease. If you can, find different place to go. I was stuck needing a place fast before school. Upon moving out there were some phantom charges for cleansing, odd since I cleaned it from top to bottom; more odd was the trash that was in an empty apartment, of which I have pictures; painting of a burn mark from when THEIR electrician burnt the wall changing an outlet.
