I would be weary of living here and avoid it at all possible You will never get your deposit back as they will find something to charge you for. We dinged a door while moving and were charged the full price of replacing the door (~\$400), but the door was never replaced. We were also evicted for loud noise quite abruptly along with being sued for the entire amount of the remaining lease. The ladies in the office were very rude and I refuse to work with them!!! They lied to me the second I walked in the door. I wouldnt let me dog walk in that place! Karen needs to find a new job if all she knows how to do is lie to get what she wants! The hope the owner reads this so he knows exactly who is representing his company!!!
I was referred to these apartments by someone who had previously lived here. I took their word despite the comments that I read. I am glad I did! The place is under new management and the ladies in the front office are great! I have not had one problem since I moved in and I have been telling everyone at work how pleased I am with my new place. I live and work at Westbrook Villas. I love my apartment and we do our best to provide excellant customer service. We have on-going curb appeal projects to improve our property and we currently have no vacancies so that should say something.
I have lived at Westbrook Villa for almost 2 years and there is constantly new management and new repair guys. The ants and roaches are a problem even when pest control comes out! Trash cans are always overflowing. They dont do anything if someone parks in your parking spot. There is always dog poop all over the place. Kids peep through your windows and are unattended 90% of the time. They dont fix anything when you ask them to. There is constantly trash along the breezeways, it gets clean when the yard guys come. This place is horrible they could care less about the people who live there ,avoid this place, I wish I would have done my research before i got involed in signing a lease there
All the other reviews might have been right for the time however, Now June 2011 the owners have taken over, fired the management company and are taking over themselves. They have hired a complete new staff along with working hands on with them to get everything in order. Westbrook Villa is shaping up to be the best affordable community in West Monroe. i lived at West Brook Villa for a year and it was okay until this woman by the name of Amy worked there. She never would send anyone out when there was something wrong, all she did was sit her fat self in the office and gossip wit the suppose to be repair man. The repair man didnt know what he was doin, he came to fix our door and when he got thru it was worst. If I would pay my rent and put it thru the slot on the door she will call and say they never got my rent and I know Amy was stealing those people money. But im so gla... read more
I lived here since before it became Westbrook. I was living there when it was still Quail Cove. The place has always been horrible in its service area as well as its personel. You can call all day every day, and they still will not fix ANYTHING! All they will say is "Ok, Ill put in the paperwork to get it fixed." I had ants constantly getting in my cabinets and shower.
