They don’t pix anything. 🐁 roaches is everywhere. Managements always come late. They always answered THEY DINT KNOW.. the landlord don’t want to invest more money so apartment looks ghetto.. I ll move out soon
The management here don’t do nothing.. office open @9 but they always late. Ever time I come @9:15 nobody at office only the 3 maintenance men is there.I reported something falling from roof they haven’t done nothing. It’s really scary. It might hit somebody..
Shitty ass place to live bedbugs every where not a place to live find somewhere ealse to go
This is not a good place to live lots of crime, homeless people sleeping in hallways. I got mugged in parking lot. They screw you when you move out and don't give you back your huge Security Deposit they required. Owners of this complex should be ashamed of themselves, obviously not involved in the day to day just in it for the money. Lots of other nice apartment complexes in Springfield, save yourself the trouble of living here.
Do not rent from this place. They find ways to jab you for large move out costs. Slum lord crooks. Not to mention homeless people living in your hallway and nothing done
