Fire damage, bugs, no maintenance repairs, they can’t pay their water bills, pool has been closed for 2 years, and they don’t care for the residents at all. Don’t ever move here, these people are trash. If you live here, they have already broken your lease by not providing water today. 😉
well ive been there for 4 to 5 years and there is 30 mice i found in the past 2 months , bed bugs every where in the hall ways an homeless people sleeping in the hall way.smh sad they can improve by taking down the buildings and starting with new owners.
RecommendedWestbrook is a great complex the staff is always very helpful also it is very clean love this place.
Whole complex has roaches and mold... you can smell the mold. Contact a lawyer and document everything if you've had problems breathing. Maintenance denied there was mold, so I bought a cheap at home 10 dollar mold test at Lowe's off Vets. Within 48 hours tested positive for mold in the air. Took 8 weeks to respond with maintenance and still wouldnt pay to send a professional. Property manager told me Terminix does not show and implied its because they dont pay their contracts. Do not rent this apt! They are not great. Bed bug, and always smell mold in my old apt. Dirty job.... garbage area are very terrible. They just did nothing. Very disappointed with them. I hope they will improvement in the future...
Crime has increased in the complex. The parking lot lights have been out since April and I’ve been calling since May. I worry about my car being damaged every time I walk to my car. Nothing has been done for the safety of the people. I call and get the run around. The pool was never opened this summer, it looks like it’s done for but there been no communication from the leasing office. They had bed bugs and mice when I lived there. They also don't get the ice out of the parking lots.
