Dr Tu has been my dentist for over 30 years, he is the absolute best most gentle dentist. I didn’t have my first cavity until my thirties thanks to his care. When I found out he was retiring, I didn’t know what I was going to do. For the last few years, I’ve gone to other dentists and suffered through bogus charges and painful cleanings. The doctor is excellent and very gentle, and everyone here is enthusiastic and lovely.
Fantastic experience. I was a walk-in and Doctor Troung was able to fit me in his schedule same day, I was in and out within an hour. I also appreciated his communication and Customer Service as well as the staff at westbound Dental Was very kind and courteous. These will definitely be my people for dental work moving forward. The office space was very well put together as well. They definitely pass the vibe check and I would recommend to anyone looking for an upbeat and positive dental experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Westbound Dental! Dr. Tom Tu and Dr. Ethan Truong are truly remarkable-gentle, knowledgeable, and very attentive to patient comfort. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and makes every visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care and caring team!
This review is for my mom, Diem’s, first visit here. She’s never posted a review, and asked me to give this Dr 5 stars for his professional & friendly care. She said he was polite, gentle & knowledgeable. His staff was gentle with X-rays, friendly and welcoming. The office had brand new equipment, was clean and she felt the technology was new and modern. She’s been to many dentists and ranks this one the best by far.
