Westbank, Carriage Lane, HOA have done nothing to earn their fees. The homes, yards & streets are in disrepair. Theif, violent crime, neighbors feuds are out of control. Contract police ( that homeowners pay for) where are they--not policing this neighborhood. There's garbage thrown into every street, dogs run free, kids roam the streets all hours of the night.
