The doctors and technicians are very knowledgeable, offer thorough explanations of care options, and take enough time to listen to my concerns, as well as ask questions, in order to make their diagnosis. Fantastic clinic - amazing vets and staff, every aspect of this practice is terrific. They are knowledgeable, skilled, caring (for both the animals and their humans), and I always leave with a wealth of written information as well as an invitation to call if I have any questions once I get home. Phones are answered quickly and by staff that ask excellent questions. I love Westarbor! My family has been taking all of our animals here for decades for a good reason: both humans and their pets will always receive excellent care. My current cat, Lucy, is a very difficult patient, but Dr Anderson and the techs have been wonderful, patient and imaginative in dealing with her, whether it's examining her as she hides behind the scale on the counter or wrapping her carefully (when necessary) so that she can get shots or blood draws.
I highly recommend Westarbor Animal Hospital! The staff is very friendly and they put there patients/ animals first! Thank you for your care!

All our animals always come home again. Teddy Bears don't have to do super hugs on the hooms. All the dogs are in love with Dr. Jim.
They are so caring of my special little blind pug, talking to him in baby voices like he loves and calling him sweet names. He’s very dramatic about getting his nails trimmed, so they hold him in a special way each time.
