RecommendedI appreciate the seriousness that Westarbor has taken with dealing with the COVID19 pandemic. I wouldn't want to weigh the care of my babies with my own personal safety. They have continued to be the amazingly professional and supportive staff that I have come to love while keeping me safe and caring for my pets. I absolutely don't mind the extra time and change in procedures during this time. It has only increased my loyalty to never go anywhere else. Thank you, Westarbor vets and staff for everything you do.
It’s a pretty friendly vet office. Fees aren’t outrageous, but what’s the point of having an appointment if I have to wait with my howling cat for 15 extra minutes past my appointment time. Poor kitty meowed pitifully the whole time in her crate. I guess my recommendation is that if you have a pet who doesn’t like their crate, get an appointment first thing, or right after lunch.
My senior kitty can get very anxious and is easily stressed out, but everyone at Westarbor Animal Hospital was very kind to her. They did their best to make her visit as quick and easy as possible for her. Usually she stays stressed out and (understandably) grumpy for the rest of the day, but she's bounced back to her usual good mood after just 45 minutes. :) I will definitely recommend, and my little kitty family and I will be happily returning here for future checkups and appointments. 🐈

I will never take my pets here again. I brought our cat in for a spay using the Katsnips program. It's $20.00 to spay your cat. Almost $500.00 later, I now have a cat that cannot eat, drink or walk. I was obscenely overcharged by this office and have heartbroken kids at home.

They take the time to talk about any concerns I have with Rudy’s anxiety and health. Thank you for all the hard work you do, and fitting him in when we have needed! You all rock!!!!!
