Westarbor has terrible customer service to both animals and people. They are very nice for the day to day things if nothing is wrong but very unwilling to provide customer service during injuries. James Clarkston is extremely rude and has very little care about an animals welfare. He is just there to prescribe medication and surgery even when not needed as noted by others. Westarbor Animal Hospital is wonderful! My puppy had to get 2 of his teeth pulled due to an overbite. A few days before surgery I noticed a cyst on his foot and Dr. Clarkson was happy to remove this during surgery even though it was unplanned. He had some post surgical complications as well and Dr. Clarkson took care of these immediately. Staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend!!
Had a wonderful first experience today. From my initial call and intake process, meeting with Dr. and the techs- everyone was so great, efficient and caring. Super happy we decided to start here. Mr. Wilson loves his new toy also!
Even before Westarbor became Fear Free certified, I trusted them most with our fear-reactive guy! Everyone there is completely professional and caring with all of our pets and their various unique needs.
They have a very caring and professional staff. My family has gone there since Ben Colmery days.
