This company is a joke they have monopolized the power industry so therefore they can charge what they want and treat people worse than animals when you call and finally get to talk to someone they treat you as if your poor and can't pay your bill so you are beneath them I talked to a man and he actually laughed at me and called me a liar my ex put the electricity in my name and ran up a $3,000 bill but they have no interest in that they don't care they just want that money
Unless you have a lotmofoney or live in a rich neighborhood your power will be the last to get fixed because poor doesn't matter..makes no sense the rich and well off can replace the food they lose.but the poor and not so fortunate have to throw away theirs with no chance of replacing but the poor neighborhoods are last to get fixed no matter.what poor people.always get screwed
I haven't had power for 38 hours, and when I called, the person on the phone was extremely rude, plus they plan to do a rate hike, better off switching to an off grid solar system of you can afford it
