I’m letting my mother in law rent my house. I set to stop service one day and get start service the same day. They are good at stopping when requested, but they didn’t start for her. She called and their response was “the app isn’t good for start service.” Really? That’s the answer? Where does it say that? Why is that an option in the app if you aren’t going to honor it? She doesn’t have power until the next day because an option in your app doesn’t work? (Without notice)
Why have this number for us to call? Just to get an annoying sound in our,ears!
