This company absolutely sucks
I’m so sick of Evergy monopolizing Wichita. They know we literally have no other energy choice provider, so that allows them to spike prices to ridiculous amounts & add other unnecessary fees. I despise this company! Their “evergy cares” is a scam & doesn’t care. They only wanted to work with me on $100 of the $1200 that was “past due”. It shouldn’t have been past due in the first place, but their policies are unfair & unjust causing a bill to substantially increase that was original around $300 to $1200.
