What an awesome Gem in Chicago. Gorgeous building with great amenities.
Just moved into west77 about a month ago and could not be happier with my decision. Kendall with Lincoln Properties was so helpful and welcoming that I ended up singing on the spot. All the staff is very friendly, special shoutout to Shanta and Debbie at the from desk for making not only me but also my dog feel at home lol. Amenities are great and location is perfect.

West77 Apartments is the best rental value in downtown Chicago! Besides the excellent pricing, the people who work in the building make living here unique from other like apartment buildings. I've experienced timely and professional responses to any inquiry I've made to management and its team. Just recently moved in and everything about the process from the first visit to finally getting settled has been a fantastic experience. Kendall has been extremely helpful and always has a smile on his face. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.
Great building! Love the amenities, location, and staff. Everyone is very friendly and the leasing office is extremely responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move in River North.

Honestly, this apartment can't be beat. Every staff member from the office (shout out to Kendall!) to the front desk and maintenance go above and beyond. Every single amenity is kept top notch day after day. Soooo happy I chose this as home!
