WORST leasing office EVER. Lived in the building and paid market value for SEVEN years and they refused to let me move to another unit without paying a TWO month penalty. Even after YEARS of renting dozens of units to AirBNB and subjecting all the residents to a constant stream of unverified strangers and endangering our safety. Great location, but ZERO regard for the tenants, especially long-term residents.
West77 apartments is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Brown/Red Lines and the Clark street bus stop right next door. It is within walking distance to Mich Ave, Whole Foods, Portillos (which we all know is important) and River Walk. The office staff is VERY accommodating and friendly. They throw great resident events and have vendors in the lobby all the time. I just resigned my lease for a second year and I am looking forward to enjoying all the amenities and meeting more neighbors! :)
I have only been in this building for two weeks now and am loving everything about it! Everyone from the leasing office, to the front desk, to the maintenance people have been so sweet and helpful. I’m excited to get to know the residents more and make west77 my home for a while!
I love this apartment! There is an awesome patio and the staff is super friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing. I definitely recommend!
