Mold Infested! This place is full of Mold and the Management is horrible! The Management (tarnisha) is very rarely available during the listed office hours and if you are a tenant, it is very difficult to contact the Manager even though she lives on site. The rooms are very spacious but the quality of the building is poor. This was an old Mill (Dixie Yarn) that should had been treated for Mold more effectively. The turn over rate is very high here and management's lack of concern for important tenant issues is beyond belief.... read more
Great Place to Live This is absolutely a great place to live it's quiet not a lot of hanging around. In a great location near Riverfront Park. Just an overall great place to live.
