STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I lived there 3 agonizing years. Cannot get them back unfortunately. The place is not taken care of, vendors won't come because they don't get paid. I moved 3 months ago FINALLY and am still battling for my security deposit to be refunded. I left my apartment in excellent condition so there is zero excuse other than this is just the way Landmark Management, the management company, handles their business. Disgraceful My poor mother had to live her & it was the absolute worst experience. Nothing is ever fixed or repaired when it goes down. You have seniors living on upper floors in wheelchairs/scooters with the elevators broken. My moms AC went out more time than I can count & there was no rush to help her even during the summer time. Her fridge stopped working numerous times & again, no one came to fix. So much of her food went bad. Bad Cant get my apartment worked on for nothing is every excuse I pay full price for nothing would like to no where my money is going !!! Roaches up n down the halls day n night very rude employees not secure or safe at all for children late night fighting and ppl walking
Not Appliance don’t work, it very very hot in the summer time and very very cold in the winter time. Roach and bedbugs.
Be Aware Their Roach and bedbugs. Appliances don’t work. Thin walls. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Laundry area machines doesn’t work. It’s very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Rent was just increased for what?
