I have been a tentant with WWR for 3 years. This company is top notch. Their apartments are well maintained and regularly checked and sprayed for insects. The groundskeepers they hire are professional and courteous. We had a small issue with a noisy neighbor that WWR handled quickly and effectively. Our daughter decided to move to Murray and WWR went out of their way to find her an apartment near ours so we could help her transition into a Calloway County resident. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!! Matthew, Phil, and the team at West Wind Rentals are phenomenal people! I lived under West Wind (both on West Wind Drive and Opportunity Drive) for two years now, and I had no problem with them. Matthew and Phil are very understanding, patient, and communicative; the maintenence team is on top of everything if anything needs fixed. The units are incredibly spacious, sleek, and clean, as well!
I've lived here since 2012. Its a nice place. The landlord is super fast about repairs. Usually quiet.
