If I could give this place 0 stars, I totally would. This is my first time getting service here. The front desk lady named Carol, was a completely rude. Her attitude was super rude & really unnecessary & I came in with a nice attitude just trying to figure out if I could pay for my dog since I was on that side of town already plus I wanted to check on my dog. Very happy with everyone at West Wichita Pet Clinic. Have been taking my doggies there for many years. Previously took my beloved little Pomeranians to Dr Greg & now take my beloved big Goldendoodles to West Wichita for healthcare, grooming, daycare, & boarding. I know they are being well cared for, & I trust the entire staff. My doggies know they are loved.
I love everything about WWPC! The staff is AMAZING and take care of my Belle girl when she's at doggie day camp! Dr. Greg is always willing to explain anything or answer any questions you have. Thank you so much!!! We love you!
I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Greg and the amazing techs here! This wonderful group of people has been our primary vet for all 3 of our dogs since we’ve had them. My doggos always get excited (like howling, tail wagging crazy) when they realize they’re going to West Wichita. Great staff and vet. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!
They are fantastic. Dr Greg is so knowledgeable and kind. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. His staff is very nice and also friendly. He has helped me with several tough situations with my fur babies.
They took great care of my cat and were able to get him in promptly for a badly needed groom.
