This is really long, but there's a summary at the end. The good: - Nate Eaton, the property manager, was great at responding to emails in a timely manner. He did forgive a late charge as I was convinced I paid rent on time, however, he wouldn't refund my entire security deposit so I have mixed feelings (overall decent guy, I think). - Staff, in general, were pretty friendly. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could, but since I can't, I'll give 5 to boost the 3.3 that I believe deserves to be higher. This is long, but there's a summary at the end. Currently live here. Nice enough place. Neighbors are a little inconsiderate. Thats going to happen in college town. Pretty quiet neighborhood
