I'd give 4.5 stars if I could, but since I can't, I'll give 5 to boost the 3.3 that I believe deserves to be higher. This is long, but there's a summary at the end. The good: - Nate Eaton, the property manager, was great at responding to emails and super friendly. One time I incurred a late charge for my rent (that I am convinced I paid); I emailed him and he said he'd remove the late fee as soon as the rent went through (he was true to his word). - Staff, in general, were pretty friendly. Currently live here. Nice enough place. Neighbors are a little inconsiderate. Thats going to happen in college town. Pretty quiet neighborhood
