This place is the absolute worse! I’ve been here 5 times and all 5 times have been a waste of time. The first time I was seen took about 4 hours to tell me they couldn’t do anything because they couldn’t, whatever that meant. The next few times it was too busy or we couldn’t be seen? What urgent care can’t see patients! Today there’s no doctor that came in so they’re open but they’re closed? Absolutely rude and disrespectful to people trying to get information on rough pricing. Was on the phone for 15 minutes on hold and then the second person put me on hold again to "get the answer to my questions" then a third tech answered saying unless you're a patient they cant give you prices and it depends on what you want. I said "i want a blood pregnancy test" the girl said she doesn't even know what that is..... and you're in a medical field profession? Fire the whole nursing staff. Morons.
This is the closest urgent care to my house. I’ve been seen here multiple times by multiple pretending medical finaglers. I value my life and now drive to the actual Ventura Urgent Care. I’d suggest you do the same.
All the people in reception area are the worst employees I've ever seen at an office like that. Not helpful at all, couldn't answer simple questions, sat around on their phones while people are trying to get help... This is the worst place I've been to and so happy to say I won't be going there anymore
I was visiting in Ventura. I took a nasty fall and had a deep cut over my eye with swelling and bleeding and bruising. I also had abrasions on my knee and arms. The nurse took my vitals and said I would need stitches and possibly a scan due to the severity of the scan. He went to get the doctor. He came back and said she refused to see me. She didn’t want to do stitches. I understand that they were on my face. But to not examine me or assess my need for a ct scan or clean my wounds.
