I've been coming here for many years now. My issue is with the actual ordering of the glasses. On June 8th I had my eyes examed and ordered my glasses through them, this was the first time I'd gotten them through here. In years past I'd ordered them somewhere else and had issues of the anti-reflective coating peeling off and replaced them multiple times. The staff are all very nice, but you will need to plan coming here as an all-day event. Even if you have the first appointment of the day you will wait at least an hour, if not longer, to actually see the doctor. If you value your time and/or are looking for an eye doctor who values your time, then this is not the place for you!
Love them, they have great customer service, very knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of lenses to choose from.
We have been going here for years with our family, but since the move into their new location, something has gone terribly wrong in their customer service. I don't feel like family here any longer, just another "customer". They ruined a pair of my son's glasses, they never call when your glasses are in and the over all feeling is just cold. I am considering going somewhere else. The trust is gone.
