Literally some of the most frustrating people to deal with. I've tried to schedule appointments with them. First time, they referred me to a specialist on the other side of Phoenix. As a legally blind person, I cannot drive, and therefore it took six hours to get there and back. The second time I tried to deal with them was today to get a new pair of glasses, but they said the earliest they could see me was in mid-July. Very professional, short wait time, Doctors proficient. The optical department has great selection and good opticians. Front desk was nice and helpful. I will be back. I will recommend my family and friends.

This place is great .in and out in reasonable time , my kids love the staff and location
Grateful for the ability to reach Dr. Mullen after hours! I was suffering from a swollen eye (which we found out was due to a fast-spreading bacterial infection) that was getting worse over the weekend. Dr. Mullen responded to my call and got me on medication right away and saw me multiple times afterwards to ensure the condition was improving. This kind of service seems to be a rarity these days. Grateful to him and his staff for their follow-through and care!
So fortunate to have found Dr Burson and Dr Lundquist. My condition requires specialists with experience and desire help. Staff and assistants are professional and customer focused.
Felt like a waste of our time driving to this area. Didnt have a good experience with the receptionists at the front desk. :l neither did we feel valued as customers. Lookin forward to our appointment and had high expectations considering the reviews but our experience was more of a disappointment.
