I'm on a fixed income and with inflation raising its ugly head again I'm sensitive to the cost of things. I thought my repair was at a fair price and for the quality of professionalism and skill demonstrated it was a steal. Matt paid extreme attention to detail and I couldn't be more pleased.

Very nice person and appears to have done a good job, however, charged me $60.00 for a "service call" even though my house is probably a mile from their shop. Then charged me $150.00 to install a brass valve. If he would have asked, I would have told him to install non-brass so it would match the other two. Also did not quote me a price, just did the job and left a bill. I take partial responsibility for this, I should have asked price when he did not tell me. Called when water was coming up through a joint my driveway. We have a 30 foot wide stamped concrete driveway, less than three years old. Two contractors emphatically stated that my driveway would have to be torn up. Then Matt from West Valley came out. He quickly diagnosed what was a corroded galvinized supply pipe. He allowed as how he could bore horizontally underneath the pavement w/no damage to the surface. He replace the entire line and rebuilt two sprinkler banks.
