Everyone is always nice,alot of smiles make you feel comfortable, always explain what the treatment is. I like that the wait time is less than 10 min, always

Best dentisy staff of all time ! Im a person who is terrified of the dentist but this place has changed all that for me. The receptionist outstanding .....then theirs the Dr. Staff all i can say is thank you thank you thank you. I aslo recognized my colorful staff its truly makes it a family felt place. Nice dental office, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The reason that I did not rate 10 is that I usually do not recommend health care provider to my friends and relatives.
I have been going to West Valley Dental for years now and the great service remains consistent with every dental appointments I had.
Beware of this place max out my insurance in 1 visit coz they told me i they need to replace 8 fillings which i don't need i would say maybe 3 or 4 that needs to be done but the rest it was perfectly fine coz my friend (Dentist in ML king) review my Dec. x-rays. I went there becuase of my bridge that they did almost 4 years ago that's been loose already Denist told me it need to be replaced he did not even try to save my bridge just want to charge me with a new one. then when the hygienist clean my tooth the dentist now said... read more
The Staff at West Valley Dental is cheerful, friendly, highly skilled and work great together as a team! All X Rays and procedures are thoroughly explained to the patient so you are not left guessing. Dr. Hsue and his staff are professionals that I feel that I can trust.
