Great Experience at West Valley My first experience with Dr. Steven Nguyen was when I needed a crown replaced. My regular dentist charged $1500 & I did not have insurance. At a much lower cost Dr. Nguyen replaced the crown. The surrounding tissue had quite a bit of recession, so Dr. Nguyen took extra time with the fitting of the crown. West Valley Dental is just what I needed. Low Costs, fast service, very sensitive to patient comfort, positive in nature, energetic and knowledgeable staff. Could not have asked for more. Good Place for Dental work My long time dentist does not extract teeth, and he sent me to an oral surgeon. The surgeon's office asked me for $600 up front. That was why I came to WVD after a friend had recommended. Dr Nguyen was good at the chair side, and he is very approachable. I was given a treatment plan for a wisdom tooth extraction. In 5/2007, the price was less than $250 with everything included. The post-surgery checkup was free. My out-of-pocket portion after the insurance estimate payment was $39. More than a fine Dentist - A MOST Remarkable Man! If there's an "Hall of Fame" for Seattle-area Dentists, this man is DEFINITELY a candidate. Do not visit this office The dentist is great, however I have told the staff that I want him to work on me and have been seen by other dentists - I wasn't happy. As for the office staff - they are awful and should spend some time learning manners, listening, and general knowledge of proper behavior. It's to bad that this dentist has such a poor staff with all the qualified people available that need work. Once again, the staff is horrible........
Compassionate care at affordable prices I have been a patient of West Valley Dental and specifically Dr Stephen Nguyen, DDS for going on six months. Exceptional Service, Professional Business Practices My son, who is 17, was apprehensive about going to a new dentist. He was getting very agitated when in the dental chair. The staff gently and discreetly moved me out of the exam area. After being alone with the Dentist, my son had calmed down. Bad service My expeince- The front office staff has zero regard for working with the patient and helping them understand their billing. If you have to talk with them you get dry, monotone information, rather than customer friendly assistance. My experience was they would rather lose a patient than work through to find resolve. A manager was not available and I was told the dentist agrees with how they handle their services.
Excellent service, Affordable price! Truly one of the best dental office here in Seattle. Excellent service, friendly staff, great dentists, and on top of that, really AFFORDABLE price!!! After my first visit here, I never went back to my old dentist. I decided to switch here right away
